Yin Immersion Retreatwith Jess Young

Participants immersed themselves in a weekend of Yin yoga and teacher training with Jess Young. The retreat combined deep practice, community connection and the natural beauty of Riverhouse. Fireside ceremonies, ocean sunsets and river dips offered moments of restoration, while Yin practice provided a powerful path to reset and replenish.
