The evening
Each gathering is unique, shaped by the people who attend, the intentions they bring, and what naturally unfolds.
Through movement, breathwork, sound, stillness, and connection, we create opportunities for self-inquiry, authentic expression, and being witnessed by others.
Optional ceremonial cacao and microdosing are offered as part of the experience.
At the heart of it all is community, creating a space where we can show up authentically, explore what it means to be human, and simply be with ourselves and one another, without needing to change or fix anything.
